Mistakes that cost time and money
Late artwork changes are the costly ones: a date, a support act or a venue that changes after a print run has started. Sizes vary between venues, so confirm what each one actually takes. Work out quantities venue by venue, not for the tour as a whole. And allow for posters that go outdoors, which need waterproof stock.
